From July 14 through July 17, we have reserved all available lodging options at River Dance Lodge, including eight cabins, and numerous camping sites (see photos on the Venue page).

Before requesting accommodations, please read the following closely:

• Prices in the form below are total for all three nights
• Cabin information
  • Large and small cabin layouts are at right
  • Beds are available on a first come, first serve basis
  • Futons can fold out to fit two people
• Camping information
  • If you do not have your own tent, we have a few that are up for borrowing!
• Off-site information
  • There are great alternatives for those who prefer more privacy, more space, or who do not intend to stay for all dates
  • Visit the Links page for more information
• After we receive your request, we will communicate with you over email to finalize details and we’ll ask for paypal payments for your lodging towards June
  • If you are not sure which kind of accommodation is right for you, just let us know, and we will work with you to find the best option
